Depression and Suicide

People who try to commit suicide have serious mental problems. Suicide is often connected with depression. It is obvious that most of the people with depression do not kill themselves. Depressed people usually suffer from low energy levels so they do not harm anyone. However, untreated depression can increase the risk of suicide. The most important thing is that people try to commit suicide when this mental disorder at its peak.

Your depressed friend has to be sure, that he can count on you.
Keep in mind, that suicide is a sign of cowardice. Only the strongest people can fight with depression and take effort to come out of it. We all have different problems, but suicide can never be a solution. If you suffer from depression, all you need is a light of hope and positive thinking. Remember, you are not alone.
